What Is A Fitness Doll?


Hey lovelies! I wanted to spend some time explaining what a Fitness Doll is and what this whole "coaching" thing is so that you can hopefully decide if it's right or not for you. Either way, I want you to be happy, healthy, and enjoying your life. Whether the Fitness Dolls fits into that or not is unknown right now. So let's find out!

Q. Who are The Fitness Dolls?
A. The Fitness Dolls is my team of mostly women coaches who are on a mission and apart of Team Beachbody. There are multiple teams apart of Team Beachbody (The Bombshell Dynasty - our umbrella team, Forward Fitness, etc) and when you join you become part of a team. Well, I decide to brand my team as "The Fitness Dolls"

Q. What do The Fitness Dolls do?
A. Now that you know WHO we are, I can tell you WHAT we do! We help people. Our mission is to help people lose weight, and become their best self! It's soooo much more than "eat this, eat that. Go to the gym 4x per week." You get a precise workout program to follow along with on DVD's, a nutrient dense meal replacement, a support group where there is communication DAILY, personal development, and SO MUCH MORE! When you join The Fitness Dolls we don't just put a bandaid over your weight problems, we address ALL areas of life and work to create a perfect balance. We do this in our Challenge Groups, called The Fitness Doll Challenge.

Being a Fitness Doll is about living a life of purpose, being intentional with each and every day, and embracing the journey of self improvement. It's about being healthy, fit, and happy. It's about financial freedom. It's about creating long lasting friendships with like minded women who lift you up. And most of all, it's about helping others do the exact same.

Joining Beachbody and branding The Fitness Dolls has been the best decision of my life. We focus on fitness, health, faith, friendships, and finances. Success in these categories doesn't happen overnight - but I promise - when someone puts in the work their life will be TRANSFORMED.

If you knew that spending 2 years working HARD would reward you beyond your wildest dreams for the rest of your life, would you do it?


You're probably wondering how you make money as a coach or "fitness doll" and I'm here to explain it to ya! There a couple ways to make money, the first and most important is RESIDUAL! I know I know, what the heck does that mean? It means when you join you're given the opportunity to share this journey with other women. Most women will start with the same goal - to lose weight. Then when that happens they want to pass the torch and help other girls experience the same possibilities NOT ONLY for accountability to maintain their own weightless but to GENUINELY help other women change their lives. Once you've undergone a fitness doll transformation (inside + outside) you will probably want to help your loved ones too. 

Well, everytime a meal replacement (SHAKEOLOGY!!) order is processed, or a P90X is ordered from you, it creates volume AKA income. After time, when you have a friend who's helping a friend who's helping a friend (Ay yi yi!), it creates the ripple effect of people helping people. The more people you help, and in turn THEY help, the more income you earn. It seems crazy right? ACTUALLY making money from ACTUALLY doing good. I warn you though, your income will always be a direct reflection of the number of lives you've changed. You're not going to make boatloads of money from helping 2-3 friends. So for anyone looking to "get rich quick", see ya!


The second way of earning money... is commission! I mentioned this lightly above, when someone orders P90X through you, not only does it create volume, but you get an immediate commission! The possibilities are truly endless. An incredible woman named Lindsay Matway (she paved the path for all of us) who went from a bankrupt bartender to a millionaire. The most astounding part is that her heart is even MORE full than her income. 


When you work on developing yourself and develop your character you learn how to change the course of your life





I'm so glad you asked!! The Challenge Groups are run online through facebook in a private group with 5-8 other women. These gals will become your BESTIES! Crazy as it sounds, when you're going through this process with other women it strengthens your bond immensely. Each woman has their own workout program and shakeology at their home. There's daily mental activities, that usually take 5-10 minutes per day to help each woman overcome obstacles that have held them back in the past. We address all areas of life - financial, social, educational, physical, emotional, spiritual, personal enrichment ETC. It's a place to confide in each other, to help someone up when you're having a good day and they're having a bad day, and it's a place to GROW. At the end of the challenge you'll graduate as a Fitness Doll from the inside -> out. 


To summarize this life changing opportunity is so difficult. To try and explain all the nooks and crannys of how it can change your life is darn near impossible in a blog post when you have to see it transform someones life to understand just how incredible it is. PS. If you're wondering where I'm at since starting my "fitness doll" journey, I've lost 18 lbs, work from home doing this "full time" and have some of the most incredible BEST friends that I didn't have before this. It's thanks to God's work that I'm on this path and I couldn't be any more grateful and excited to see where my future goes from here. I want the same success (physically, emotionally, and financially) for you and all of my fitness dolls. To ensure this I work hard everyday so that my team has the BEST chance of success, but you gotta meet me half way.

How to Win at Life


    Hey guys! I was listening to a Dani Johnson call/webinar today and I REALLY felt my heart and stomach stirring. What she said was not far from things I've heard before but she went DEEP and with such passion that it opened my eyes to what's been holding me back...  excuses. I took a lot of notes so I want to share some of what I learned in hopes that it'll impact some of you the way it did myself.

    The #1 cause of failure is excuses. Have you ever heard that before? I have... but not in the context that it was presented to me today. I've always wanted to become the "do what it takes... get it done" kind of girl. I always told myself things like I don't have time, I'm too stressed out, maybe next month, next week, or tomorrow etc. Well, it's time that we as a society, and I, master the art of FINDING A WAY instead of finding an excuse.

    The first step to to this... yep you've guessed it - get over your excuses. Don't settle for less in a comfort zone that really ISN'T that comfortable. 

-- Excuses lead to frustration and failures, failures lead to an unhappy life and a big fat rut. 

-- Excuses stop us from becoming who we want to become.


    It's time. The time is right now. Do something extraordinary, and do something drastic. Whether you want to start a business, lose weight, find an incredible relationship, connect with God, get out of debt, WHATEVER it is... you can do it. 

Find a way to make it happen. Give it your best shot, because your best is good enough.

Never Give Up



"Never Give Up"

I feel like this saying represents SO many of us & for good reason! There are multiple setbacks in life - whether it's in your personal life, relationships, health journey, career etc. It doesn't matter WHAT it is, chances are you've experienced disappointment.

There have been times in the past when I wanted to throw in the towel when it came to losing weight and I would tell myself "I'm not even seeing results!" and then 2 weeks later I would compare my photos and say to myself "WOW. Thank gosh I didn't stop."

If you've read the Compound Effect, you'll know ALL about the "Merry Go-Round" or the "Water Pump" analogy. We're working and working, pumping the water and nothings coming up - nothings happening! But the truth is, all the water is being sucked up from underground and it needs to build pressure first. Then seemingly like magic, right before you think NOTHING is gonna happen, water starts pouring out generously.

That principle applies to everything in life - just when you think you're not going anywhere... you're actually on the BRINK of a breakthrough. So, if you're at a plateau with weightless - keep going! You're soooo close. Or if you're close to giving up on a career related goal - keep going! You'll be noticed soon. You're life WILL CHANGE if you can understand the importance of persistence. Keep going!

Positivity



Positivity.


It’s time for a new mantra, because your OLD ones haven’t been cutting it! Words have POWER. If you let them, your words can defeat you before you even begin! I want you to WRITE DOWN three negative, self-defeating things you have said to yourself that have held you back in the past. Take a good, long look at these limitations. Where did they come from?

Now, write the OPPOSITE, POSITIVE affirmation on three sticky notes, and post them in the places you visit most frequently -- your house, car or office. EVERY time you see these phrases throughout your day, I want you to say them to yourself OUT LOUD! This time, the POWER of your positive words will sink in and PROVE you RIGHT. From now on, don’t you DARE say anything to yourself that you WOULDN’T say to someone that you love.

5 Daily Activities For A Happy Life

    As most of you know, being happy is much more than just deciding to smile and BEING a happy a person (although that DOES play a big role)

    Being happy requires mental, physical and emotional steps in the right direction to actually LIVE a healthy life.



1. Read more books
    I know reading isn't exactly "popular" these days, but do it! Whether you're reading fiction, personal development, science, autobiographies etc. It doesn't matter exactly what you read, but studies say that reading for 10 minutes a day relaxes your mind and sharpens it at the same time. PLUS, it's proven that reading more makes you a better write & speaker! yayyyy



2. Workout

    Sharpening the saw of the body is SO important. Working out keeps you more alert throughout the day, not to mention all of the health benefits of it. Doctors say that it actually increases your productivity by 30%. A one hour workout is 4% of your day, meaning you get an net increase of 26% time and productivity .So when people ask "How do you have time to workout?!" as Zig Ziglar says "I don't have time NOT to workout"



3. Pray or Meditiate



    Now depending on what religion you believe in - you should pray, meditate, or visualize EVERY day! Connecting with your God or higher power is so helpful when dealing with the daily stress of life. Knowing we have a source other than ourself who's looking out for us and has a "big picture" plan helps us stay sane when dealing with pesky difficulties that cross our paths.



4. Drink Water



    Did you know that when you're stressed your body actually burns up the water inside of you? Probably not. I didn't know that either until my old yoga teacher taught me about that! So, even when our day to day life isn't making us rip our hair out, we're still navigating daily choices, decisions, and busy thoughts throughout the day that use up our water stores. Imagine being EXTRA stressed on top of that -- it happens to all of us!! Drink up ladies! PS. Next time you feel really stressed out, sick, or overwhelmed, chug a glass of water. I promise it'll make you feel a bit better right away :)



5. Speak positively



    We all know that "Thoughts becomes things" and "What you think about, you bring about" and "Whether you think you can, or think you can't - either way you are right"
Basically what I'm trying to say here is - you can't live a positive life if you're living negative thoughts! "Perception is reality.." Seriously I could go on and on about the important of positive thinking. This will CHANGE your life! Tomorrow morning when you wake up, tell yourself this "I am going to have a great day, thank you for the freedom to choose how my day goes and for blessing me with another day of opportunity! I am a genius and I apply my wisdom. I am happy, healthy, and wealthy and I positively impact the lives of those around me." Try it! See how you feel & how you day goes!
