My name is Jessica and I'm a TRUE girly girl. I was born and raised in the beautiful country of Canada, but right now I live in sunny San Diego with my incredible boyfriend, Matt. He's actually the one who got me those flowers in the picture above (thanks babe!)
A few months ago, after going through a hard time, my weight had spiralled out of control and the scale was higher than it's EVER been! I felt disappointed, insecure, but most of all - I was scared. I had never weighed that much in my life and I didn't know if I was going to be able to lose it. What was even scarier was the possibility of me doing nothing and letting my weight grow even higher. I started Turbofire, and with consistency and my trustyy health shake I lost 17lbs!
Through using the Beachbody products and being inspired DAILY by the members of the Bombshell Dynasty, I decided to go FULL-FORCE after my dreams. Now I'm a diamond Beachbody coach and Founder of The Fitness Dolls! I love helping other women discover and REACH their true potential - physically and financially. The Fitness Dolls is a fast-growing team and most importantly - a family. We work together to accomplish our dreams!
Because of my journey, I'm really passionate about health and fitness. I also LOVE exploring fashion, ALL things beauty, and of course my adorable fur-baby Charlie!
