Sample of My Meal Plan

Hey dolls!! I wanted to share with you a typical day of eating for me since I've been getting a lot of questions about how I lost those first 15lbs! Starting is the HARDEST part and I promise you that once you've committed to this lifestyle, it will be a breeze afterwards!

Meal #1 - I ALWAYS start my day off with shakeology, and honestly -- that baby is what get's me out of bed in the morning! I drink chocolate, and add half a banana and a tbsp of peanut butter, yum!!

Meal #2 - 2 Eggs & either a vegetable OR some cheese melted on top

Meal #3 - 4 oz of chicken, a tbsp of light soy sauce, + lettuce and other veggies to make a salad! FYI, you don't need to eat salads everyday to be healthy. For me it's just a healthy meal that also happens to be quick which is why I love it.

Meal #4 - Fruits and Veggies - This is my second favourite meal of the day!! I usually will have some broccoli and hummus with some cherries, or a peach + carrots, or an apple and cauliflower, basically any combo of fruits and vegetables. Can I just say this, I LOVE FRUITS!!

Meal #5 - 1/2 of cottage cheese, I eat the full fat for two reasons. One is it tastes wayyyy better and two, I think regular fat foods are healthier than non-fat! Just my personal preference :)

Meal #6 - 4 oz of shrimp or another protein, and some veggies + rice. I add a TON of seasoning to my meals.. my favourites are parsley, dill, basil, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. I will usually add ALL of these to my dinner. Trust me, it's delicious!


So that is one of my more normal and low-key days of eating, but I do like to move things around and try healthy dinner recipes at least once a week! I'm working on getting more creative with my food, but for now this is easy, keeps me satisfied and has worked wonders for me! Love you dolls!
